Portrait of Dean Massey Taubman College - Architecture and Urban Planning

Jonathan Massey

Dean and Professor
Taubman College

In August I began my second term as dean of Taubman College. Leading our college has been a privilege these past five years, as we meet today’s challenges while providing an exceptional education for tomorrow’s leaders in architecture and planning. Today, I ask you to help us build a better future with a gift to Taubman College.

This fall, many students returned to Ann Arbor from formative summer experiences. Travel courses immersed students in housing policy, mass timber construction, and stewarding natural resources. Our Urban Technology Cities Intensive introduced students to leaders in planning, transit, and community development. These experiences enriched the superlative classes and studios taught by our world-class faculty.

As these vital parts of our academic and cocurricular programming resume, our students continue to face unprecedented levels of financial need in a volatile economic climate. We want to provide students with the resources they need, and we cannot do this without your help.

By giving to the Architecture and Urban Planning Annual Fund, you can alleviate financial hardship for students in need. Your gift helps students from all backgrounds access a Taubman College education and graduate with less debt and greater opportunity. This year, 13 students will receive scholarships funded by gifts to the Annual Fund.

From my first day as dean, I have been inspired by the energy and generosity of our community. Please join me and invest in future design leaders with a gift to Taubman College today.

Sincerely,

P.S. No matter the size, your gift will open doors and create opportunities for our students. Please give today.
